Waikomo Stream Villas is a small 60 unit paradise garden resort in the middle of Poipu and right down the street from Poipu Beach rated Best Beach for 2003 by the Travel Channel. Waikomo Stream Villas are plantation style condominiums amid acres of tropical gardens with a beautiful koi pond and a stream that runs through the complex.
Resort ammenities include a tennis court, pool, children's pool and numerous bbq facilities throughout the complex. Waikomo Stream Villas is adjacent to the 18 hole Kiahuna Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones.

Villa 202 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath spacious ground floor unit with 1000 square feet. There is both a private front lanai and private back lanai for you to enjoy the lush gardens and fresh island ginger flowers and banana trees.
There is a queen size bed, as well as 2 pull out sofas. This unit can sleep 4 adults and 2 small children comfortably. The dining table accommodates a family of 6. The condo includes a Playstation2 (so bring your games and memory cards!) for your children, a DVD player, VCR, CD/cassette player, 1 TV in the living room, 1 TV in the bedroom, washer/dryer in unit, private phone with free local calls and ceiling fans to keep you cool. The bedroom and the living room have sliding glass doors to the back lanai and there are many windows for the tropical breezes to flow through the unit to keep you cool.
